The memorable street food paradise - Taipei ~ Day 3

We kickstart our day 3 with tasty mee suah vermicelli recommended by the local driver at Sheng Kou Wei. The noodles were good, less peppery and most importantly, the intestine does not gives out a smell that I dislike.

Next, we stop by the national revolutionary martyrs' shrine (忠烈祠) to see the marine squad perform their marching routine.

The next destination was yang ming shan (陽明山) where we experienced the different landscapes located in the area such as  flower clock,

Zhuzi Lake  (竹子湖) where we did not get to see any flowers since this is no longer the blooming season, Xiaoyoukeng (小油坑) that stands for little oil pit,

Lengshuikeng with milky pond (冷水坑).

Then we took a dip at the San Yue hotspring hotel (三乐北投温泉) nearby at BeiTou (北投).

After that, we move on the beef noodles  at  Zhi Ming -志明牛肉面 for lunch. The portion is very big and we had to share among 4 person to finish it.

Our second last destination for the day was tamsui to see the sunset and try the snacks there: Ah Xiang fried prawn rolls (阿香虾卷- top left), Ah Po Tie Dan (阿婆铁蛋), Xu Yi Yu Shu (許義魚酥), Ah Gei (阿給- top middle), 3 flavour egg (三味蛋-top right), long ice-cream in cone, fish roe taiwan sausage, ke ko fish ball (可口魚丸 -bottom left and middle)plus dumplings and polo bun (bottom right).

Lastly, we stopped by Shilin before heading back to rest. We tried the stinky tofu (臭豆腐-top right)
, oyster omelette (蚵仔煎), one bit crabs (一口蟹-bottom left) and the famous chicken chop (灑尿雞排-bottom right).

That concludes our day 3 activities. Exhausting but awesome day.
